Fees:
Dr. Centore is a fee for service provider and does not accept insurance payments directly. She has a lower fee scale for those with financial restriction.
Severe financial problems?
If you have insurance, ask for a list of preferred providers from your insurance company. If you don't have insurance, contact the outpatient mental health clinics at either UCSF Langley Porter Outpatient Clinic at 415 476-7500 or California Pacific Medical Center Outpatient Clinic at 415 600-3247

Parking:
UCSF Dental Parking Lot: Go West on Parnassus (toward ocean), turn left on 5th Avenue, turn left on Kirkham, then go 1/2 block and turn left into 3 levels of outside parking. Purchase a ticket from machine & place on your dashboard.
UCSF Milberry Union Garage: Go West on Parnassus (toward ocean) and right turn into underground parking at Milberry Union. You receive a ticket & will pay at the end. This requires a 10 minute walk with incline toward the ocean to 707 Parnassus Dental School Building.
Street Parking is available past 12th Avenue but will require walking back several blocks to Parnassus and 4th Avenue.
